NL2026 ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Mega Digital Media in collaboration with the City of North Lauderdale, Mikki's, and UFC International. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it when you visit nl2026.org or any of its subdomains (kickoff.nl2026.org, wc-kickoff.nl2026.org, southfloridalocal.org).

1. What We Collect

When you submit any form on our sites, we collect the information you provide directly:

Name (first and last)
Email address
Mobile phone number
ZIP code or city
Business name and category (for South Florida Local waitlist)
Your selected interests (raffle, kids clinic, VIP viewing)
Child age group (only if you opt into the kids clinic)
SMS and email consent status

We also automatically collect basic technical data through standard web logs and the referring URL or UTM tags that brought you to our site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell information to ad networks.

2. How We Use Your Information

To enter you into the NL2026 raffle and drawings, and to notify you if you win
To reserve your spot for the UFC International youth clinic or Mikki's VIP viewing parties
To send you event updates, schedule changes, and reminders related to the 38-day NL2026 World Cup experience
To evaluate and contact you about a free founding listing on South Florida Local
To respond to support inquiries you send to support@nl2026.org

3. SMS & Email Consent

By submitting your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive event-related SMS and email messages from NL2026 and our partners (Mikki's, UFC International, South Florida Local). Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies based on event activity. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. You can also unsubscribe from emails using the link in the footer of any message.

4. Who We Share It With

Your information is shared only with the parties needed to run NL2026:

GoHighLevel (HighLevel) — our CRM platform, which stores your contact record and powers our email and SMS delivery
Event partners — City of North Lauderdale, Mikki's, and UFC International, only as required to fulfill the specific opportunity you signed up for (for example, your child's name and age group for the youth clinic)
South Florida Local — only if you specifically signed up for the SFL waitlist

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for site functionality and to measure how many people visited from each event flyer. We do not use cross-site advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@nl2026.org. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

The kids clinic registration collects only a child's age group — not the child's name, birthday, or contact information. A parent or legal guardian is required to complete the registration on behalf of any minor.

8. Data Retention

We retain your contact record for the duration of the NL2026 program (through July 31, 2026) plus 18 months for follow-up event announcements. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

9. Security

We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS) and store your data inside our HighLevel CRM with role-based access controls. No system is 100% secure — we recommend you choose a strong unique email password.

10. Changes

If we materially change this policy, we will update the effective date above and notify you by email if the change affects how we use information you already provided.
